A mobile library operates every year at the Alykes seashore in the context of the Municipal Center for History and Documentation's summer activities.

The Mobile Library collection, enriched with new book circulations, consists of Greek and foreign literature book titles, general knowledge books, history books and books on various subjects in various foreign languages.

From the beginning of July till the middle of August, adults and children, inhabitants and visitors of Alykes will be able to choose from a total of more than 2000 books, so as to combine swimming and relaxation moments with reading.
